Head-Hitters: One of my favorite kinds of parkour,in it there is always a block right above your players head and they can only jump a one block gap.
Normal:In this your players can three blocks without any help if the blocks are the same level, if their going one block up your players can only jump two block without help/ladders.

To make a seat you need a minecart, rails and two or five blocks of any kind. If it is against a wall then it will need two blocks. If it’s not then it needs five blocks.
Step 1. If you’re using five blocks then place them in the shape of a C. If you’re using two blocks then place them next to each other, but leave a one block gap.
Step 2. Place the minecart rail in the middle of the C or the gap, and make sure it’s pointing towards the two outer blocks or else the minecart/seat will move.
Step 3. Place the minecart on the rail.
Step 4. Enjoy your new seat.
